Minnesota:
The Minnesota-South Dakota Tuition Reciprocity Program allows South Dakota residents to attend public postsecondary institutions in Minnesota at rates below those charged other non-residents. South Dakota residents planning to attend one of the University of Minnesota institutions next year must apply to the Board of Regents for reciprocity status. They are the only ones who need to apply. The other schools will give South Dakota students the reciprocity rate. The following materials are linked to assist you in providing information to students and parents.
